I am a genderqueer, neurodivergent, POC who has been approaching HR from a people-first, anti-oppressive perspective for 15 years. The work that I do is driven predominantly by my anti-capitalist values …. Really what that means is I am a little different than the average management coach or business consultant. My focus is to ensure that you have the necessary tools to help you thrive in your role. If you are managing a team, my goal is to help you to provide the best management service possible and to elevate your team.
As someone who has experienced workplace trauma, I have first-hand experience with the ways in which HR and capitalism can oppress folks, particularly those who have multiple intersecting identities. With that being said, I have dedicated my professional life to putting workers first through inclusive HR practices, advocacy, and learning in order to create systems that support workers, specifically QTBIPOC and Disabled folks.
I have held management roles for nearly 15 years and built extensive management and professional development programs. I am eager to work with any folks looking to improve their own professional abilities or supporting team and management growth to focus on employee first structures.
