Our HR reviews and audits are critical processes for evaluating and improving an organization’s HR management while using a harm reduction lens. We will ensure that HR policies, practices, and processes align with legal requirements, organizational goals, industry best practices, harm reduction and centring workers.

Accessibility and Neurodiversity
Our team offers both accessibility audits and facilitation around disability and neurodiversity. We work closely with your organization to learn about current and potential barriers in websites, physical environment, or digital content to ensure it is accessible to individuals with disabilities. Our team believes accessibility standards and regulations are the bare minimum and we apply a disability justice lens to relieve the labour of people with disabilities as they access spaces.

We partner with leaders who want to explore different style of management outside of traditional heirarchy. We foster a learning environment for leaders to understand the power they hold in their positions, and create space for new and traditionally oppressed and undervalued voices.
