Management Coaching

Partnering with managers who want to explore hierarchal management, learn about the power they hold in their positions, creating space for new and traditionally undervalued voices is my speciality. I am excited to work with managers who are wanting to throw out old management structures and work hard at building trust, leading with empathy and people-first styles of management.

My rate per session is $150. Most professional development budgets cover this fee with ease.

Consulting

My range of consulting ability is extremely vast, but, since I am a neurodivergent, I am only accepting consulting work that aligns in my special interests. I am someone who loves to get excited about work and be challenged by a consulting role, so please, reach out! If it is not a project I can help with, I would be happy to refer you to my great network of professionals who can help with the work you are doing!

Facilitation

From creating big bank Advisor behavioural training, to Door to Door Fundraiser training to Health and Safety or DEI training, I have facilitated a number of trainings, trust and skill building sessions with organizations of all sizes.

Strategy

One of the best benefits about being autistic is my ability to recognize patterns and solve problems, often before most folks can even notice a small trend. This has put me large, international HR and business strategy meetings since my early 20s. I am eager to jump in to more strategy sessions, working with any organization on strategy building, especially people management and organizational strategy.

Implementation

From ATS and HRIS implementation to centralized recruitment strategy implementation, I have navigated multinational organizations through massive change and program or platform implementation.

Coaching

As someone who is Queer, Trans and Disabled, this is a personally invested area of my career. I still struggle with what space I can take, I still get triggered and, even writing this blurb for my own website, I am feeling immense imposture syndrome and fear of rejection.

I have coached a number of QTBIPOC and Disabled folks through professional journeys, the journey of unpacking what “success” looks like, especially to our immigrant parents who envisioned it really different than how we live today.

I know that the only way we can actually fight white supremacy, tear down capitalism and see systemic change is by uplifting each other. I want to be apart of this journey on a person to person level.

My fee is $100/session for folks with a Professional Development Fund. For folks who do not have access to those funds, I do Pay What You Can for QT/BIPOC and Disabled folks as my Management Coaching and Consulting work is aimed to cover most of my costs. So please do not hesitate to access my coaching if you would like it.

Acting Advocate/Employee Support in Meetings

Meetings with HR or your manager and are feeling uneasy? Reach out. I, or one of my HR network connections, would gladly attend the meeting with you to support and act as a witness or advocate with you.
